are continuously striving to improve the quality of our products and
services. The following terms and policies are therefore subject to
change without notice particularly where we think that such a change
will improve our overall performance
PRIVACY
Any
personal information, other than name and email address, submitted
during your visit to this Website will only be carried out on our
Secure Server.
Your
personal details will not be divulged to any third party other than
for credit card authentication. All Internet card authentication is
conducted through PayPal Ltd., on our behalf. Landmarks is not privy
to your card details.
We may occasionally, with your permission, send you details of products
from our own range, which we think may be of interest to you.
If you have any queries about your privacy, please contact
us and we will be pleased to discuss any concerns you may have.

REFUNDS
AND CANCELLATION
If
you wish to cancel your order, notify us by email prior to despatch
(usually 7 - 10 days) and we will refund your order value in full.
If
you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return
it to us within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of
your purchase less delivery charges.
A
refund will not be provided on commissioned sculpture or products
which have been modified in accordance with customers instructions,
other than for damage in transit.
Please
note: that we will not give a refund if the product is damaged
due to inadequate return packaging. If returning a product to us,
please use the same or equivalent packaging to that in which it was
supplied.

Damage
in transit:
In the unlikely event that your order is delivered to you in a damaged
condition, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt and
return the item to us in its packaging. On receipt of the item, we
will either replace it or give you a full refund according to your
wishes.

DELIVERY
In general we will attempt to despatch orders within 7 working days
of placement, however during periods of heavy demand such as lead
up to Christmas, delivery periods may extend up to 21 working days.
We will always attempt to keep you informed of serious delays.
We are aware that many Landmarks products are used for presentational
purposes and if you have a particular deadline for a special occasion
please let us know and we will make every effort to adhere
DELIVERY OF ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
In principle,
we are pleased to supply products and services to any world-wide destination.
However, we reserve the right to cancel orders to any destination
to which "goods in transit" Insurance is unavailable. In
this unlikely event, we will advise you by email and make full refund
of your order value.
